Compromised voting

Earlier today we had an issue with a spam voting attack, exploiting a flaw in our voting system. We’ve removed all designs for voting. We’ll resume voting when a fix is in place. If you have any questions please contact us at hello at cardsink dot com.

Server issues

So we had some server issues yesterday and this morning. So we upgraded our hosting and they seemed to be fixed.

Updates and voting

I just wanted to update everyone. We should be receiving our first shipment of cards on Friday, and we’ll make them available for sale Tuesday September 8th.

Since we have been getting lots of submissions, we’re going to start holding all cards until for the next voting period. This will allow all cards to have the same amount of time for gathering votes. We hope to make each voting period a week with unveiling the the new cards printed and the next batch of submissions on Tuesdays.

Still working toward our first batch of cards

I’m so happy with the response that we are getting from people. It’s absolutely amazing. It’s way better than I expected.

The first cards have been selected and our goal is still to make them available for sale on September 8th. So make sure to come back then.

A lot of people have been asking how often cards are chosen to be printed. We’re still working out the details for this but we’ll probably start printing every two weeks and as the site gains more viewers we’ll bump up production to meet demand.

We’ve submitted our first batch of cards to the press. We’ll get them back and post them for sale. We’re excited!
